I have a special interest in supporting people to exercise to reduce chronic pain and health conditions, using goal specific 6-12 week plans which are a hybrid mixture of in person and home individualised prepared videos. Despite the serious goals, my sessions are full of fun, laughter and great music 😃. I intend to expand to online group classes to make it more accessible overtime.
