Naomi Di Fabio
I've taught dance and fitness across the world for over 20 years from community classes to huge fitness conventions. I also train and mentor instructors for Pilates, Barre and dance fitness.
I firmly believe that if you enjoy what you're doing, you'll stick at it and that's when you'll see the results you desire - whether that's getting rid of chronic pain or becoming fitter and stronger to lead a more vibrant life.
Outside of Pilates I love sailing, knitting and dancing. Come join me!
Steph Fitzpatrick
I have worked as a fitness instructor for over 11 years. With a background in dance, I started out teaching dance fitness programmes, which I still love to this day. Over the years, I began to see how small tweaks to movement could make a big difference and so completed my mat Pilates training and became a back pain specialist.
Whilst training, I discovered Classical Pilates and took the Classical Mat course with Core Pilates NYC.

I was born and raised in South Africa. Before emigrating in 2005, I have lived in the UAE and Australia. I currently reside in the tropics of Far North Queensland, Australia. I am a wife, a mother to one, and a breast cancer survivor. I only discovered Pilates very late in my life, fell in love with it and decided to become an instructor.

Kelly van Niekerk
After a 20+ year career in healthcare, I decided to do my pilates instructor training and now I combine my work in the hospital with instructing pilates!
I have been a shift worker for years - so I understand the challenges of being tired. I’ve lived through Chronic pain and Fatigue induced by a medical treatment injury, I’ve had Bariatric surgery, and I’ve had pelvic floor surgery post birth of my last child. I feel I have lots of lived experience which make me very understanding xx
Kim Wheeler
I wanted to create a community of like-minded people who want to move their body in a fun and focused way, to learn about their strength, their resilience and their own power. I always encourage my members to work to their own level in each and every class, creating a safe space to explore and grow in their own time.
Cindy Downey
As an active Grandmother (Giggie) of one grandson and one on the way, my goal is to be able to help everyone get movement back into their daily lives. I've always been active as a martial arts instructor for over 12 years and now a Pilates instructor, however, I also went through a period of inactivity and know first hand what it feels like to start over and to struggle with chronic pain; limited mobility; & regaining sense of self with the ability to perform activities of daily living.
Emilie Robinson
I am a doctor of Physical Therapy and a Pilates instructor with experience firmly rooted in helping others achieve their goals. I was raised in sunny Florida, USA, and I cherish dance and outdoor adventures! I am passionate about people and nature and believe in spreading love and positivity for continued growth in the universe!
